GENERAL INFORMATION All orders are subject to availability of the products. In case a product is not in stock at the time of order placement, we shall notify you and shall refund the amount of your order in full using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY LOCATION The items on our website are available for delivery to Bangladesh only. We use Pathao Courier for all our deliveries.
DELIVERY TIME An estimated delivery time shall be informed to you once you place an order. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not from the date of order.
Inside Dhaka: 24 to 48 hours after processing of order.
Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days after processing of order.
Note regarding Manual Payments: Please note that your order shall not be processed until we verify your Bkash/Nagad/Rocket transaction, which may take an additional 12-24 hours on our end.
