    1. How do I access the robotics courses after purchasing?

    Once your payment has been verified, you will receive instant access to your purchased course. All you need to do is log in to your account on our website, then navigate to your "Student Dashboard" or "My Courses."Also you will get our Discord server invitation link, where you will conduct HWs, get grades through assessment and consult with our course instructors. Don't worry, our classes are pre-recorded, so you can watch them anywhere, anytime!

    2. How do I pay using Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket?

    Currently, we accept manual payments. To make a manual payment, please follow these steps:

    • To proceed with the payment, select 'Manual Payment' as your chosen option.
    • Send the amount to our Personal/Merchant number displayed on the screen via 'Send Money' or 'Payment.'
    • Copy the Transaction ID (TrxID) from your SMS notification.
    • Paste your TrxID and phone number in the verification box on our website.Your order will be confirmed once we verify the transaction (usually within 1-2 hours).
    3. How long will it take to receive my robotics equipment?

    We use Pathao Courier for fast and secure delivery.

    • Inside Dhaka: You will receive your parcel within 24 - 48 hours.
    • Outside Dhaka: It will take 3 - 5 business days for your parcel to be delivered.

    Note: The delivery time begins only after we have verified your payment.

    4. Can I get a refund if I don't like a course?

    No. Because of the nature of our digital content, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds after you have accessed our video content. Please review the course syllabus and preview videos before enrolling to ensure it meets your requirements.

    5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong component?

    We also double-check all our packages, but mistakes can still be made. If you receive an incorrect product or an incorrect component, which is also physically damaged (broken), then please record a video while unboxing and testing the product. Then, send us the video within 48 hours after delivery. If it is our mistake, then we will replace the product just for you without any extra charge.
