Refund Policy
- ONLINE COURSES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS) Since it is a digital product, all sales of online robotics courses and pre-recorded videos are final. Once you purchase a course and get access to the course material, we do not provide any kind of refund, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances. We highly recommend you to go through the course description and any available course preview videos before making a purchase.
- ROBOTICS EQUIPMENT (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS) We have a very strict return policy for physical goods (Arduino, sensors, modules, etc.).
Eligibility for Returns: We ONLY allow returns or exchanges if you have received the wrong item from us (e.g., you have received an IR Sensor instead of a Servo Motor).
- We DO NOT allow returns on grounds of “change of mind.”
- We DO NOT allow returns if you have opened the sealed package and used the item, damaging it by faulty wiring or voltage overload.
Return Process:
- If you have received the wrong item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing us at support@thebotbakers.com or by calling our customer support phone number.
- You must send us:
- Your Order Number.
- A video or photo of unboxing the package showing you have received the wrong item.
- Once we have received this information, we will send you the correct item.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you are eligible for a refund, it will be sent back to the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank) within 7-10 working days.
