Return Policy
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Our return policy applies exclusively to Physical Products (Robotics equipment, sensors, components).
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Online Courses: Pre-recorded classes and digital content are not eligible for return.
- Used/Damaged Components: Items that have been soldered, burnt due to wrong voltage, or opened (if sealed) are not eligible for return unless they were Dead on Arrival (DOA).
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS The return policy is only applicable to “Physical Products” such as “Robotics Equipment, Sensors, Components,” etc.
- Timeframe: In case you want to return a product, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. If it’s been more than 7 days since you received your order, then we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- Condition: The product you want to return should be in “Unused” condition, “same condition as you received it,” and in “Original Packaging.”
Non-Returnable Items:
- Online Courses: Online courses such as pre-recorded classes, etc., cannot be returned.
- Used/Damaged Components: Components such as those soldered, burnt due to incorrect voltage, or opened (if sealed) cannot be returned, except in cases where they were “Dead on Arrival” (D.O.A.).
SECTION 2 – VALID REASONS FOR RETURN We accept returns ONLY on the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: We delivered the wrong product to you (e.g., you ordered an Arduino Uno, but we sent you an Arduino Nano instead).
- Defective/Dead on Arrival: The product we delivered to you was defective/dead on arrival.
We don’t accept returns on the grounds of “change of mind” or if you ordered the wrong component by mistake.
SECTION 3 – RETURN PROCESS To make the return process easier, please follow the below-mentioned process:
- Contact Us: Send us an email at [INSERT EMAIL] or contact our support page.
- Provide us with your Order Number and video proof of the issue.
- We will contact you back and let you know if your return request has been approved.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING RETURNS
- Our Error: If the return is because of our mistake, we will arrange a pickup via Pathao.
- Other Reasons: If your return request has been approved as a special exception for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges if the product delivered to you is defective or dead on arrival. To exchange the product for the same item, please send us an email at support@thebotbakers.com .
