Product details
Made possible by exploring innovative molded plywood techniques, Iskos-Berlin’s Soft Edge Chair blends strong curves with extreme lightness to create a three-dimensionality not usually possible with 2-D plywood.
Description
The TTP223 Capacitive Touch Sensor Module is a channel solid-state touch detector IC. This device is made to replace mechanical push buttons. It uses sensing technology. This technology can find touch through non-metallic surfaces. These surfaces include glass, acrylic, plastic and wood. There is no need for the touch to be on the copper trace.
The board works with a power range from 2.0 volts to 5.5 volts DC. It has an LED that shows the status. There are also solder jumpers labeled A and B. These allow users to change between momentary or latching (toggle) modes. They also help set high or active-low digital output logic.
Â
Solder Jumper Configuration (Modes)
- The module has two pads on the back called A. B. These pads change how the module works:
- Default (A Open B Open): Momentary mode, HIGH (It outputs HIGH when touched LOW when not touched).
- A Short B Open: mode, Active LOW (It outputs LOW when touched HIGH when not touched).
- A Open B Short: Self-lock / Toggle mode, HIGH (It changes state each time it is touched. It starts LOW when powered on).
- A Short B Short: Self-lock / Toggle mode, LOW (It changes state each time it is touched. It starts HIGH when powered on).

Key Features
- Non-Contact Sensing: It can find finger touch through -conductive barriers. These barriers include cases, acrylic boards or glass sheets.
- Dual Operation Modes: It can be set for trigger or latching toggle switch operation. This is done using solder jumpers.
- -Low Power Consumption: It uses only microamps when not in use. This makes it good, for battery-powered devices.
- Direct Microcontroller Compatibility: It gives a digital high or low signal. This signal can connect directly to Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or other relay drivers.
