The capacitors mainly help with power supply decoupling, high‑frequency noise filtering and signal coupling and timing.
Key Highlights:
- AC-to-DC Power Supplies: wave and full-wave bridge rectifier networks are used in both linear power supplies and switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) to convert alternating current into direct current.
