Refund Policy

1. ONLINE COURSES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Since it is a digital product with immediate syllabus and community access, all sales of online robotics courses and pre-recorded videos are final. We do not provide refunds after course access or Discord invite has been granted. Please review course syllabi, introductory videos, and prerequisite hardware before enrolling.

2. PHYSICAL HARDWARE & KITS

Refunds for physical hardware are issued only under the following specific conditions:

• The ordered product is confirmed out of stock and cannot be delivered within our restocking timeline.
• A verified defective product cannot be replaced due to inventory unavailability.

3. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Approved refunds are disbursed via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) within 3 – 5 working days following verification.
